• comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

4. Prohibited Activities

Merchants must not use the platform for:

• fraudulent transactions
• prohibited businesses listed in our policies

5. Service Availability

While TruvancePay strives to provide uninterrupted services, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades or external factors.

6. Account Suspension

TruvancePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or pose operational or regulatory risks.

7. Limitation of Liability
